To reverse a sharp decline in donations, we developed a campaign that grew from the noble purpose of helping kids defy the odds. Real stories of kids who had been saved and served by Shriners’ no-cost care led to 40% increase in brand recall, a 74% increase in donations, a 39% increase in patients—and a featurette on Oprah’s “Big Give.”
